ProQuest Research Databases Current Status: Normal

As of 2:30pm CT, the Chamberlain Library has confirmed that service to ProQuest academic databases has been restored. We thank you for your patience during this downtime.

As of 1:20pm CT, ProQuest has reported a service disruption to many of its subscription academic databases, including Alexander Street Press Videos. There is no ETA for restored service as of this time, but the vendor is aware and working on a fix. We apologize on behalf of the vendor for any inconvenience.

Starting at 2 a.m. on Sunday, Dec. 03, 2023 and lasting approximately one hour, the Search Everything discovery system will be taken offline for vendor maintenance. During this time, the Search Everything system will not be available; however, library databases will still be accessible via the Databases A-Z list and will not be affected by this maintenance period. We thank you for your understanding.

As of 5:15pm CT, ProQuest reports that service has been restored to subscription databases. If you still encounter issues, please follow the instructions to clear your browser's cache on our Report a Problem page.

As of 1:45pm CT, subscription access to ProQuest databases (except Alexander Street Press Videos) are currently unavailable due to a vendor outage. They are currently working to restore full service but there is no ETA.

Various ProQuest products, such as Alexander Street Videos and eBook Central, will be down for routine maintenance beginning around 10pm PST Saturday, 1/7/2023. Full service is expected to be restored early Sunday morning.

On 15 January 2022, ProQuest databases will be unavailable from 9:00PM Central through 5:00AM Central while the vendor completes a scheduled maintenance cycle. Other database providers, as well as the library's search platform, will be available as normal. If you receive errors, please wait until after the maintenance cycle is completed and try again. Thank you for your patience.

As of 1:25PM on 3/2/2021, all ProQuest Ebook Central titles are once again available through library search. Thanks for your patience!

As of 5:00PM on 3/1/2021, books from the library's subscription to ProQuest Ebook Central Complete are not accessible. This is a temporary outage that will be resolved as soon as possible. If you encounter a ProQuest Ebook title that you cannot read, please wait until this message has been removed before trying again. There is not currently an ETA for service to be restored, but it will likely be sometime before close of business tomorrow, 3/2/2021. Thank you for your patience.

To ensure our ebook platforms remain updated and secure, ProQuest will be performing maintenance on Ebook Central and LibCentral in July 2019.
