My Access Medicine/Pharmacy account won't let me use the study tools. How can I fix it?


There are some temporary issues with the Access platform moving to a new accounts system. Please follow the below steps to affiliate your account with Chamberlain Library.

If you had an Access Profile before October 14th, 2025:

  1. Go to McGraw-Hill Medical and sign in using the email address you used to create your Profile
  2. You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password

You should now be able to log in normally and access the platform's study tools and other features.

If you did NOT have an Access Profile before October 14th, 2025:

  1. Go to the Access Platform and follow the instructions on that page to create a Profile
  2. Go to McGraw-Hill Medical and sign in using the email address you just used to create your Profile
  3. You will be sent an email with a link to reset your password

Your Access Profile should now be migrated to a McGraw-Hill Account and show your affiliation with Chamberlain University:
